I came into Land Rover Mt Kisko with the intention to test drive and learn about the defender. I left with a defender. I cannot say enough kind words about this dealership. I had to opportunity to work w test drive and learn about the defender. I left with a defender. I cannot say enough kind words about this dealership. I had to opportunity to work with Tyler who was a complete gentleman. he was knowledgable about the vehicles, was eager to answer any questions I had, and made me feel confident in my choices. I would highly recommend Tyler to anyone looking for a beautiful new car. More
3 Strikes. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but after multiple negative experiences here we are. First off, let me say the sales reps are great but once I'm not one to leave negative reviews but after multiple negative experiences here we are. First off, let me say the sales reps are great but once you have your car, good luck with service. This is my first Land Rover and maybe I'm spoiled by previous dealerships from other brands but I have been less than impressed and expected much more from a "high end brand". First, I called to order roof rails for my car - the service rep told me to call back on Monday. I did - got voicemail, left a message expressing my desire to purchase them and what kind, etc. No one ever called me back. I tried again - Nada. No big deal I saved hundreds of dollars going with a OEM part ordered online vs. the dealership so win for me, I only mention for color with everything else. Second, I got an email that my car was due for service 6 months in so asked a friend to help me drop it at the dealership for service (note: I work full time so can only really make the Saturday appointments work and those hours are limited since they don't offer a courtesy rental/vehicle - which isn't great). After dropping the car and leaving they called me hours later to say the car didn't need service and it only needs to be seen once/year but the email must have been set up to the previous owner (it wasn't it literally said 6 months in, time for service) so that was inconvenient but again, oh well. Third, I dropped the car off for service at a year in and the team did the NYS inspection but forgot to change the sticker. I couldn't get back before they closed and so had to wait until I could go again during their Saturday hours. Fourth, I go to get the sticker (re: above) and they say no problem they'll just have to bring the car in to scan it if I can wait in the reception. 30 minutes later, I asked what was going on and was told it'd be another 30 - the car had been sent to the maintenance site at another location (without any mention). An hour and a half later the car was brought back just for a sticker. There was zero communication that the sticker would take that long or that the car would be sent offsite leaving me no option. Overall, these are expensive cars and I expected much better from the service. Next time you look at buying a car take a minute to talk to the customers waiting in the service section. There's no communication from anyone and the cost is insane. More
I truly had a great experience here at MT Kisco in regards to the purchase of my new vehicle. Everything was effortless and well explained and Brittany in finance made it quick and easy.
