I own two 2010 Land Rover LR4s and have continuously serviced them at Land Rover Mt. Kisco for the past four years. Peter Studwell is a great service manager. He took my call and answered my questions and I got to come in the same day I called for him to look at the car. I did make an appointment to fix my Range Rover. I did get at the service center only to find out the computer service was malfunctioning and they didn't have any time for me. Mr. Peter Studwell only push me out the door promising he will follow up. After 2 weeks he still didn't make an appointment to fix my car . I did call him only to find out he lost my info altogether! Horrible customer service! Shame on you! More
