I was initially drawn to this Land Rover dealership by a competitive offer, but the entire experience turned into a huge disappointment. Buying from out of state, I expected a streamlined process, but inste competitive offer, but the entire experience turned into a huge disappointment. Buying from out of state, I expected a streamlined process, but instead, it dragged on for over a month. Communication was generally poor, and my inquiries were often ignored or responses were delayed, leaving me feeling like I was the one driving the process. Despite promises and initial assurances, the dealership wasn’t prepared to honor the deal they offered. They engaged in bait-and-switch tactics that felt dishonest, and when given a second chance to make things right, they simply didn’t follow through. I found out later they didn’t even have the vehicle they advertised. It was apparently loaned to them by another dealership, but they lost the opportunity to make the sale because they couldn’t execute it in a timely fashion. This seems to be a common occurrence at this dealership, as it is documented in other reviews. The sales department at this dealership is, quite simply, unreliable and unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a dealership that values its customers and stands by its word. More

Horrible experience here. I would not recommend. The service department is the worst that I’ve ever dealt with. The GM never returned my calls. I was told I needed new breaks I would not recommend. I went to the Darien dealership for a second opinion and was told my breaks were fine! I had to recently bring my car back in because there was another electrical issue where my car wouldn’t start and Diego from the service department was demeaning. They weren’t returning my calls. My husband had to physically go in to speak to them. Terrible experience from the service manager to the GM. More
