60 days + in service, than they damaged my car! I brought my Range Rover SVR to Range Rover Of Monmouth for a few issues that I was having. The issues were as follows: Interior door panel coming l I brought my Range Rover SVR to Range Rover Of Monmouth for a few issues that I was having. The issues were as follows: Interior door panel coming loose, musty smell coming out of ac vents, and squeaking brakes. When I came to pick up the car all 3 of these things that were supposed to be fixed and I paid for were all 100% NOT FIXED. On the second go round of picking up the car again all 3 of the items were not fixed. On the third go round of picking up the car on the invoice it had said they glued my door clips back onto the car which anyone that knows anything about these cars there should be no glue anywhere on car. They ended up fixing the door panel in the parking lot where they said they forgot to put a screw in. So at this point if this dealership could not fix an interior door panel how could they possibly work on anything else with any car. I know boggles your mind, but it gets better. The brakes that were squeaking turned out to not be the rear brakes that they had charged me for. It was the front brakes all along, so a complete misdiagnosis! After 5 times of them trying to return the car to me they finally had the brakes squared away. That leaves us with the last issue which is the ac problem. On the fifth time of them trying to redeliver the car to me they called and said your car is all done but we damaged your car! At this point the entire dealership is in a tail spin and has no idea what to do or how to solve the issue. Bill Dimaio and George Kostas who are the people that run the dealership are now involved along with Land Rover / Range Rover America who I had an open case with. As these two guys became involved they just made the problem worse and were pretty much just dumbfounded. Eventually they ended up agreeing to buy the car back from me after a huge hassle. They were also supposed to cut me a check back which they did do. However they shorted me on correct amount, and screwed me once again! Bill DiMaio / George Kostas told me they were wiring the money for the car payoff that same exact day which was never done. After chasing them down the next 2+ days with over 17 phone calls, and 4 visits back to the store it came to light that the wire was never done. I finally was able to get a hold of the dealerships accounting department where they told me a wire was never done and it was a dealership check that was sent to chase bank which is who the car was financed with. This check did not arrive until 2 or 3 days later than when car was supposed to be paid off which made my monthly payment late because of there inability to tell the truth. If Bill DiMaio & George Kostas ever could return a phone call, stay on top of whatever issue is at hand, and treat you like a human it would be a great start to this dealership turning itself around. However Bill DiMaio does not show up on time for his scheduled hours, return phone calls, or even pretend like he cares. As far as George Kostas goes he very well might just be one of the most cocky individuals that I have ever come in contact with. If he cared half as much about the dealership as attending races in his bogus Ferrari 458 that he showboats around and keeps out front of the store this would also solve many issues at the dealership. The story goes on and on. This dealership is nothing more than a bunch of liars filled with s.c.u.m that have no idea how to run a dealership at all. Most importantly the people I am referring to are the ones above that are mentioned. The service guy Alex M that sits at the desk and David N the service manager were always nothing but polite. These two guys should move up in the ranks and replace Bill / George because at the very least they can return a phone call. With that being said my advice would be to - STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! Feel free to contact me with any questions and please read all of there other 1 star reviews because it goes hand and hand with what has happened to me. Thank you for damaging my car, the 3 months of non stop hassle, ripping me off, and STILL owing me a sum of money. Thank you for nothing! More

I need you to make that deci Hello I had by far the worst experience with land rover not sure if it's the car itself or the dealership I got it from. I need you to make that decision. This was my first land rover SUV. I was excited on the date of February 1st of 2019 when I purchased 2013 range rover sport hse and traded in my dodge truck at jaguar land rover Monmouth located at 807 NJ-35, Ocean Township, NJ 07712. Just after 1 week I got the car I had issues with the truck the steering wheel started shaking when I was driving from 55-70 miles per hours so I took an appointment and the dealership tried to fix it I picked up the car and the problem was not fixed. And so I brought the car back again. From February 7th to April 1st I kept on bringing the car 8 times for the same problem and it was never fixed I have all the records they kept on troubleshooting the same issue but was not able to fix it. I was not able to enjoy my car that I purchased at all I was mostly just going back and forth in loaner cars and dealing with service team. At one point they said that's how the car is made and there is nothing they can do about it. Than the sales manager try to sell me another car which is 2014 range rover hse. Which was $17000 more expensive than the current car I had. I was so fed up I said fine I will take it and so in mid April I brought 2014 by spending lots of money and hurting my credit by taking loans and few hard inquiries on my credit since I just brought the car in February and now in april. This 2014 car was good I honestly enjoyed it until after 1 month my remote control stopped working all of a sudden so I changed the batteries but it didn't work I try to use my second spare key and that didn't work so I took it to the service and the manager next day named Dave was so rude to me and said here is the bad news it's not covered by warranty and it will cost you $1800 to fix the KVM module in the car which only had 55k miles. He had no shame to be polite and courteous just to give me this news he just threw it out on my face and said either you want us to do it or come take your car back. Now I do not have extra $1800 to fix this and morally it's just not right that I have to pay for this when I do have 6 months warranty which clearly states on the paper ""all electrical " but the dealership says no it's not covered right now I have car but I cant lock or unlock with remote control. Than I got a door latch recall notice so I made an appointment to fix it the dealership said I had to wait 1 hour so I adjusted my job accordingly and drove 30 minutes from my house to the dealership on the date of my appointment just to find our the part that actually checks the recall is broken or not working at the dealership the service advisor Jordan said this to me. And said I need to make another appointment so now I wasted my time to go there and adjusted my job hours for nothing they should have called me and gave me heads up to let me know the part is not available to check your recall it's being courteous but this dealership absolutely does not care. The service team did not make my appointment and said they will schedule one for me which still didn't happen its 7 days already. I scheduled it with different land rover dealership as I do not want to go here anymore. I will be filing lots of complaints and putting bad reviews as this whole situation is not fair to me at all. At the end I am stuck with $18000 more expensive car. Bad credit score and the car which cannot be locked or unlocking and has recall as of today 08/30/2019 which hasn't been fixed yet!! PS - in the dealership Pete/ Nick and Alex from service are very good people and they were always nice to me only the rest of the team and dealership itself is one scamming horrible and manipulated car dealership in New Jersey USA. Terrible customer service very bad dealership These guys are a joke I bought a brand new Range Rover from them and the check engine light came on I went to the dealership they said they had a loan These guys are a joke I bought a brand new Range Rover from them and the check engine light came on I went to the dealership they said they had a loaner when I got there they said no more loaner after screaming and arguing they finally miraculously found a loaner they said the car should be ready in two hours three days later i’ve been calling off the hook and they said the service advisor would call me back they have not finally after three days they call me up and say we’re sorry the car never made it into the shop we were busy are you guys joking me three days in the car did not even get into the shop then they have the audacity to tell me the car need to wheel my man and try to rip me off these guys are a fraud stay clear away do not go to them for service More
Avoid at all costs! I've been maintaining my Range Rover at this facility for the last 6 years, but I've never seen the level of service plummet so deeply. Even such basic function as returning phone call is beyond their capability, let alone providing loaners or a reasonable time line. I bought my car with Tom Rondello, just amazing salesperson and would consider him as a friend. I will be sending my Family and Friends to this dealer and contact Tom. Hands down amazing, from the car I got (BMW 5 series), the whole process was all about Honesty. The Finance guy Fabian really has all his numbers Organized and accurate. Go see Tom, and say look at what Karlo wrote about you on the reviews. More

They’d said it’s so busy that it could take more then a week to just see what’s wrong with the car, and then another week or more to get fixed, and they don’t have any loaner available. Any other dealer will give a loaner if the service takes more than 2 hours to be done, and I really expected a better service at Land Rover especially when you need to leave your car for more than 2 weeks. More
