To be honest, my husband and I were dreading the long, drawn out, back and forth, all day long task of car shopping. Anthony made our experience quick and fun. As a salesman, he knows his stuff. He is very educated about the vehicles as well as the process of purchasing. He answered all our questions and was very patient with us through the process. He did not put pressure on us to buy right then and there and he happily gave us time and space to make our decision. He showed us different options and gave us firm quotes so we had all the information we needed to make an informed and educated decision. Bought a preowned car almost 3 months ago and I am still driving around with a 30 day temp. Paperwork was never done! My bank and insurance companies keep calling me to find out what is going on. The dealer blames it on Covid, meanwhile I bought two other cars during this pandemic and never had this problem. No calls back from anyone either. Plus salesman who I bought the car from promised me all weather mats and never received those either, oh and that salesman is no longer working there. No way to treat anyone, it's just bad business.
