Service fixed our issue with no problems. The reason for the two stars is twofold. For one, I was asked if I would like to sell the car back to the dealership as they said it was low on inventory. I agreed and they said they would have an estimate ready upon pickup. When I arrived there was no estimate, and when I inquired about it they said they weren't aware. The second reason was the dealership called us and tried to upsell us on tires/brakes. Took car to two shops for 2nd opinion and both said neither were necessary for at least 6 months. This isn't the first time this dealership has tried to upsell us on repairs that weren't necessary at the time. More

My purchasing experience was great. However, we are finding it difficult to see through the windshield at night. Outside lights show up as starburst type reflections at night and we are concerned with finding it difficult to see through the windshield at night. We applied the Crystal Fusion product on our windshield and are working to determine if that is the problem or not. If it is, we would like to have it removed. However, according to the dealer, we will not be able to cancel that protection plan which is discouraging. If the problem is the crystal fusion coating it seems to me this would not be a product you would continue to offer if there is a vision and safety concern. More

I had an outstanding experience in purchasing my 2017 AMG GT. First of all, the car itself was exactly what I was looking for in the color, price, and miles I wanted. The price was right on and more import GT. First of all, the car itself was exactly what I was looking for in the color, price, and miles I wanted. The price was right on and more importantly, I received a fair price on my trade vs. being low balled at Autonation dealers or other dealers in the area. However, the thing that made my experience so exceptional was the willingness of the dealer to bring the car up to like new condition. The dealer paid for new tires, a second key ($600+ cost), full service including oil change, new wipers, and micro air filters. I also received a full detail that was very well done. Lastly, the finance staff was refreshingly low pressure. I explained what I was interested in, only an extended warranty, and the finance staff accepted my decision. By comparison, my experience at Bellevue Audi was a high pressure sale pitch by the finance sales person. Great experience all around and I love my car. More
