We started with Jacob and thought things were going well but once terms were agreed to we were passed off to Tim. Jacob said he has other things to do??? Tim did a good job overall explaining the car and finishing the transaction. We forgot our garage door opener and had to return later and Jacob still didn’t say Thank you or even ask how we liked the car. Other than Tim we walked away feeling unappreciated. More
