Yesterday we had our Evoque serviced at your dealership. We never look forward to bringing our cars to any car dealership after years of poor experiences. Today was different. I walked in your service door this morning and said my name and a young man immediately jumped up and said “your mine.” That young man was Jacob Peterson. I walked over to him and he introduced himself with a big smile. I instantly felt that he was focused on helping us. Jacob quickly and efficiently went through our service needs and told us that Enterprise was on the way with our rental car. Then he said that he realized that we were from the Bellingham area, and that we had a long drive home. He told us that he didn’t want us to get caught in the northbound traffic, so he would try and get us out as early in the day as possible. We were thrilled with his attitude and care for us. Shortly after driving away in our rental, I received a text from Jacob with a message to text him at that number if I had any questions. Wow! What an experience! That experience continued when our car was ready at 1:00pm. It had been washed and vacuumed and looked great. We were able to get out of town before the northbound rush began. It was a great day! We grew a marketing agency that specialized in pharmaceutical websites before we retired. Our clients were all over the world, the closest being CA. When we sold it to three of our key employees, we had over 50 people. We understand how important individual employees can be for every business. When I ran the business occasionally I ran into people like Jacob. At least five of those work at our previous company. If I was still at the helm, I might have tried to recruit Jacob. He has the attitude that will make it work wherever he goes. I always enjoyed when clients expressed their opinion of our employees, good or bad. So I make a habit of commenting on outstanding employees when I meet them. More
The lack of loaner vehicles and having to go through a rental company is a mayor inconvenience. Had to return my car to service a second time as it was not shifting gears on the transmission. Very nice building and inventory. Salesperson was uneducated and unwilling to try to “deal “ ! I made my own deal and luckily for him the numbers worked!
