Experience was just OK. Nothing glaringly awful, just not as good as expected when dealing with such a high-end dealership. Everyone was friendly and polite, but fell short of being especially helpful or kno as good as expected when dealing with such a high-end dealership. Everyone was friendly and polite, but fell short of being especially helpful or knowledgeable. Generally speaking, there were several details missed along the way that could have made the experience much more pleasant and smooth. For example, it was not mentioned that a personal check would delay delivery of the vehicle by up to 10 business days while the check cleared, until we were on our way to sign paperwork. In our experience, that's pretty unusual. The salesperson first pushed the option of running a credit check to "ensure that if your check bounces you can cover financing the total amount". We thought that was also very unusual, as did our Credit Union, who offered to verify our account funds instead, but that option was not allowed by the dealership. Apparently, the only acceptable option in our situation was obtaining a cashier's check. This series of events made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful and delayed delivery of the vehicle, all of which could have been avoided if that information was made available sooner. It was also unusual in our experience for a dealership to not release the vehicle until receiving the physical check from the bank. Even our credit union, who deals with thousands of dealerships, thought this was very odd, as most dealerships will release the vehicle once they receive the down payment and verification that the check shipped with FedEx. As a result, we waited several days to take delivery. When signing paperwork, we had several questions about portions of the various forms and contracts we were required to sign that the finance person was either not able to answer, or they gave us answers like "well nobody ever asks about that". That was unsettling, to say the least. We were able to research that information on our own and find acceptable answers, but we should not have needed to do that. We're not vehicle contract experts, but we expect someone working at a dealership in the fiance department to be one. In conclusion, we will likely never do business with this dealership again, in any capacity. We just did not feel like we were treated professionally by people who should have experience and knowledge about their business. More

It felt like was an annoyance rather than a customer. I have to move out of CONUS and need to sell my Rover. I wanted to see how much you would give me for my vehicle. Offer was extremely low (7k below Carvanna and Carmax), and wasn’t firm because I could not get rid of the car same day. I was told there was a possibility of getting more when I was ready to sell. I need my car for 3 more weeks until movers arrive. Definitely not the way to get/maintain customers. Service center is the only saving grace for this review. More
