We left our vehicle with the service department at 9:30am in the morning. We heard nothing from the department all day and finally close to 6pm we texted to find out what was happening. We were only then informed that they needed the vehicle over-night as it was not ready. What horrible communication! I just had my Audi in for service and they communicated multiple times during the day on progress keeping me informed. Jaguar/Land Rover you have work to do on this front. Eric was my new service advisor and was very friendly but didn’t go over my service or any details regarding it before or after. I was told I would receive my Uber ride link for a ride back to the dealership didn’t go over my service or any details regarding it before or after. From the time I received my Uber link to arriving at the dealership was an hour itself and my vehicle wasn’t ready. I waited an additional hour close to then closing at 6pm. On top of all this it’s been three days and my check engine light is still on. More
