Very happy with the car and the level of service of JLR Seattle. I was an out of state customer looking for an F-Type SVR and the car is great. WA state maybe isn't the best state for buying a car to have Seattle. I was an out of state customer looking for an F-Type SVR and the car is great. One of the nicer places I have been in to conduct business. Also, it has the nicest bathroom I have ever been in in my life. Sweet coffee machine, epic showroom and overall high end feel. Sales guy Jacob was probably the biggest hipster I have ever done business with. Has plants and coffee at his desk for customers; insane. We talked about artisanal firewood, small batch coffee, and not to mention the craft beers. Oh lord! The dude knew his product in and out. You could tell he lived what Land Rover Defender is all about; the life of an intrepid adventurer. That is Defender. That is Jacob. I only wish I could roll my pants just like him; he must have been practicing for years. I recommend all of the staff there. BJ is a loyal GM and shows genuine excitement when his customers drive off with their vehicles. That is how you should be made to feel when you spend this kind of dough. Big shout out to him. #defendyboys Mel is Finance made this process a breeze. Buying a car should be easy. Mel made this part of the transaction a conversation. I love my vehicle, the prestige of the brand, but cost of service is so prohibitive to my budget that I cannot afford at an annual frequency.
