After a 3-4 week wait, the vehicle was dropped off November 2 for minor service. $7,000+ of additional warranty repairs were identified and a saga unfolded where the vehicle was not repaired until Dec November 2 for minor service. $7,000+ of additional warranty repairs were identified and a saga unfolded where the vehicle was not repaired until December 9 (almost 6 weeks!). We were never offered a loaner vehicle and never given status updates without begging for them, and our service rep talked in circles and spoke in “word salad” to evade answering questions about when our vehicle would be ready. This was the worst service experience in 30 years of driving and owning cars. No apology was offered at the end and the service department has a vibe of a kingdom that has fallen under an evil spell of bad customer service and laziness. I will never willingly use this Land Rover dealership again, and plan to document and report my customer service saga to Land Rover UK and USA. More
