An Apt was made for my vehicle in Oct. I showed on time only to wait around 30+ mins and be told they couldn't take my car. Eric the sales rep was condescending, basically looked over me, wandered around looking at his phone. I let him know I had rearranged my day and at that point already an hour of time was wasted. He basically said ok AND... I rescheduled only to have all the notes erased and then was told due to COVID they couldn't get my car in until after the 1st of the year. Finally Brad did manage to get me an apt. The loaner situation is kind of annoying having to go to Enterprise where you are told you will get a comparable vehicle (I have a Land Rover Defender) and was given a sedan with 3 kids and a family of 5, this isn't ideal. Forget the fact that it stunk of smoke. I just feel like service has totally went down hill. It shouldn't be up to the customer to force the dealership into giving them a good experience, after paying $100,000 grand for a car I except to be able to make an appointment and keep it and to be given they told me a comparable car. To top it all off they still had to order a part and I get to go back and repeat all this in another 2-10 weeks (because who knows when the part will be). End of rant. More
