Test drive the car with low tire pressure. Was told not to worry it will be taken care of so I proceeded to apply for the vehicle. Once approved they gave me the car and said the tire just needed air. I left and the car started shaking on the freeway. I called back and was told to come in on Sunday for it to be looked at. The next day my tire was low again. I came back to the dealership on Sunday because one the needed to look at my car and two the bank asked for money down so I had to resign papers. When I arrived I mentioned to the sales associate the service department was closed on Sunday. She said not to worry there’s someone there and she will have them look at the car while I signed the paperwork. So I did and when I came out she informed me that service was closed for the day and to schedule an appointment to have the car looked at when they are open. Mind you I live all the way in federal way and it is a long drive to lynnwood. I told her I never would have signed if my car was not going to be taken care of. She said it will be when you come back. I took my car to a tire place and there was a HUGE nail in the tire that couldn’t have been missed if they looked at it. Also my wheel balance was off by 3oz and they told me it should never be off more than an oz. So I called and spoke with the sales manager Jeff and he asked for me to bring it in which was Tuesday so they could take care if it. I got to the dealership they said the tire would be in the next day so they put me in a rental. I asked on Wednesday if my car was ready they said no they have yet to receive the tire. It is Thursday and they still have yet to receive the tire. I am super upset with all of the issues I have experiencing with my purchase of my new car. I wanted to be happy with my new purchase but I am not. More

Sheneta regularly, proactively (rather than waiting to communicate after the anticipated completion deadline had passed) communicated that additional time would be needed to complete the repairs. She also offered to procure alternative transportation when I go to the point of not being able to work (I own a business) without transportation. Brad Springer, was helpful in researching options for my engine repair and taking the time via phone and text to explain the options, make suggestions and more. On an alternative note, I've found the land rover service locations in the Seattle area to generally be so overbooked (or understaffed) that it's become pretty frustrating to get important repairs done and/or done timely. I'll likely be selling my Range Rover in the future (this is my second one) and the lack of ability to get my car serviced more readily has me considering other car brands for my next purchase. More
