I was told service would be completed by 5:00 PM and I had a ride that could drop me off at 3:00 PM. I told them I would wait in the lobby, as I had work to do. I would have given 5 star but there is one issue that keeps on repeating since the past 3 years and Jaguar has not taken steps to rectify the problem. The problem is whenever we schedule a service appoin keeps on repeating since the past 3 years and Jaguar has not taken steps to rectify the problem. The problem is whenever we schedule a service appointment either by phone or online, we never receive an email confirmation on the date and time nor a reminder for upcoming scheduled service.We have to literally call them up everytime to see if the appointment is confirmed. This time we schedule the service by calling the showroom few months ahead of time. We didnot receive any appointment confirmation email. Unlike previous years, this time we decided to directly walked into the showroom for service and found out it was never recorded in their system. We were happy to see Jaguar accommodate our car service but it was never our fault. I would like this issue to get fixed. There is nothing wrong with the registered email as I keep receiving periodic email and survey request. More

My most recent service appointment took a month to get, then the day before my scheduled appointment I called to confirm and was told that my parts w My most recent service appointment took a month to get, then the day before my scheduled appointment I called to confirm and was told that my parts weren't ordered and that I had to call the parts department to order my own parts (this was not told to me when I made the initial appointment). Shocking to have to order your own parts from a luxury car dealer. I then had to make a new appointment and wait another 2 weeks. I sold my Velar after that experience, the service made the car not viable to own. More

Professional, courteous and great customer service and follow-up, especially Brent in Sales and Melvin in Finance. After test-driving the car, we couldn't reach a good enough deal on my trade and the car follow-up, especially Brent in Sales and Melvin in Finance. However, Brent went out of his was and discussed the deal with the general manager and we had a deal in place the following day. Overall, I was very impressed and quite satisfied. More
