Sergey is super knowledgable, customer focused, and easy and friendly to work with. Sergey ensured I got the exact vehicle I wanted which is difficult with all of the current supply shortages, but he delivered. I love my new Velar and would recommend Sergey and Land Rover / Jaguar dealership to anyone. More
Service reps great, appreciated transportation assistance. Service was good but I remain irritated that I had brought car in while it was under warrantee. The problem didn't get resolved. I brought it back and had to pay over $1500 because car no longer in warrantee. I believe if it had been fixed first time I would not have had to pay I have asked a number of times for contact info of who I can contact to discuss this but my inquiries go unanswered. All LandRover service centers in Seattle area take several week or even months to get appointments More

My car fax was wrong and now i am having warranty work that I can’t get done, I also had to fix my documents 4 times because missing information. And they also forgot to add some fees and finance lady bla that I can’t get done, I also had to fix my documents 4 times because missing information. And they also forgot to add some fees and finance lady blamed it on green light when all along it was not their fault they are a third party that only gives temp permits .every time I tried to call for help with the situation Sean k , kept ignoring my calls while his coworkers stated he was there all week . Those trophies on his desk do not mean anything if you can’t provide good service for your customers that bought a $84,000 vehicle. More
