Sheneta is honestly the only reason I am keeping my car AND getting it serviced at JLR Seattle. I have never been so frustrated with a dealership in my life before working with her. Coming from Audi where people were extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional, I was shocked with how terrible this service department was. I actually considered selling my vehicle so I didn’t have to go there anymore. She was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I do think it’s extremely cheap to not have courtesy vehicles. I hate going through Enterprise. When I spend this much on a vehicle I expect an equal courtesy car and to be treated a certain way. Because of Sheneta, however, I will keep my vehicle and will return. I will only deal with her in the future. More
