I took my LR4 in for an annual service, door handle replacement, and gas tank recall. The first time I got it back, the check engine light came on and I took it in for a second fix (I live a long dist replacement, and gas tank recall. The first time I got it back, the check engine light came on and I took it in for a second fix (I live a long distance away so it is an ordeal). When I got home after the second visit, I smelled gas and saw it was leaking. Afraid to drive it, the dealership sent a flatbed to pick it up. After the 3rd repair, I was told I needed to get my own transportation to pick up the LR. I was told I could not get a loaner and would need to rent a car which was impossible as all of the rental agencies were sold out. My service rep, E, was great and kept me updated on the repair status, but the management policies have made me consider trading in my LR for a different brand and dealership that respects my time and inconvenience especially for problems like a recall. More

Two days after the purchase was completed, I discovered the Porsche turbo S owner's manual was missing. Although this was a special-order item not within the dealership’s domain, Sean said "no problem, we'll get this ordered." I appreciate the follow up calls ensuring I was pleased with my purchase and if there was anything I needed. Shortly after my purchase I was contacted by Eremias “Eric” from the service department reminding me of the included oil change and scheduling it for five months out and Sheneta scheduling me for a ceramic coating on my new car. These gestures allow for me to know that they will be there for me if the occasion should present itself. Five stars for Sean, Eremias and the Seattle Land Rover-Jaguar crew! More
Serves department likes to send out lots of emails that you are due for service, when calling you receive a confirmation that you are due for service and get scheduled. Then, after squeezing out time from your busy schedule, you bring your car for the appointment and get informed that you are not due for service! And would clear the oil change light on your dashboard. Is it a joke? Happened to me twice! As a result since I was tired of coming to Jaguar Land Rover service department to serve as entertainment for them, I end up paying $246 out of pocket for oil change which was supposed to be covered under my warranty because I was 700 miles short before I was initially due for service. No exceptions wore made. It would have been nice to receive at least a phone call instead of being informed when walked in. Not funny. No respect to costumers whatsoever. More
