Booked in for an airbag recall 6 weeks in advance only to find out that they had not bothered to order the parts when we arrived. So we had to reschedule and come back a second time. Arby is excellent. Tough times with shortages, but Arby has been super transparent about trying to find resolution. More
Nice people, dumb people, would never go back. It's my wife's car, but since I was there at the first visit, and even though I told them it was not my car, they will not talk to her, so I have to be the one to talk to them. No one will lift a finger to change this - they only care about sales, not maintenance or repair. These guys can't even arrange a loaner car ahead of time anymore. They actually think a system where you "...bring you car in for service and we'll see if there are any loaners left..." is a good way to do business. They cannot figure out why that doesn't work. What do i do if there are no loaners left? Why can't you arrange a loaner 8 weeks ahead of time. They are stupified by these types of questions. Jag Seattle is so bad, they forced us to move on to independent service shops who care way more than this terrible dealership. And cost less. I can't get a loaner car from the independents, but I couldn't get one from Jaguar Seattle either. I will not buy a new car from Jaguar Seattle either. More
The service was excellent but I won’t be back. A simple oil change cost $268 with nothing added. That is ridiculous. This is the 5th car that I have bought/sold through the dealership and it's almost scary simple, yet perfection. A dealership that still leads with "service".
