Just like most dealerships they are focussed on profits over how you feel. Not once have I felt comfortable or confident of the purchase. Service tech- “E” was a pleasure to work with. and tried to be helpful! I had to wait nearly 4 weeks for my appointment and was then told my service was out of warranty by 2 weeks and would not be and tried to be helpful! This type of service for a luxury brand, is disappointing and makes me question whether to by another Range River or move to a more service friendly brand. This should have been covered. More
