I informed the service dept that my battery had died and AAA had jumped it and asked if I could bring it in. They said sure but they were busy and probably couldn't get it back to me that day which was a We AAA had jumped it and asked if I could bring it in. I texted my advisor the next day around noon and was informed they hadn't had a chance to look at it yet. That afternoon I received the same exact reply , so I phoned and was told they will try to get to it next week. I felt like I was getting the runaround, so I contacted the sales rep from whom II have bought at least four Land Rovers. He said he didn't know what he could do, but he would try. Within an hour the service mgr phoned me, apologized for the runaround and told me my Rover would be looked at first thing the next morning. Friday afternoon I was informed I could pick up my vehicle. Obviously, the advisor had not checked on my Rover until I had to get pushy and took credit when I picked up the vehicle for getting it back to me so promptly. He was the problem and the service mgr saved the day. More
