Was there to get an oil change that I scheduled online for 1:30pm. Service writer told me that they normally don't take in vehicles for service that late in the day, but did so anyway. Asked if I wanted for 1:30pm. Service writer told me that they normally don't take in vehicles for service that late in the day, but did so anyway. Asked if I wanted the vehicle washed and vacuumed and I said yes. After an 1 1\2 hours of waiting at the dealership service writer gave me a bill for nearly $350 for just an oil change and said car was ready to go. I paid and went to my car which hadn't been washed or vacuumed even the the paper was still in windshield requesting it and the cars maintenance reminder for the next oil change hadn't been reset. I won't be going back... Certainly can get just an oil change done for much cheaper than $350 and then have to figure out how to reset service reminder myself. So not impressed. Last oil change was only $250, but now it's $100 more for less service. They will get no more of my money. More
