Just poor, Time and Time again Most recently they did not have a loaner car for me to take and I had to basically beg to get an unwashed one for a few hours, they forgot to reset my Most recently they did not have a loaner car for me to take and I had to basically beg to get an unwashed one for a few hours, they forgot to reset my service dash alarm, did not have a tech to diagnose my eco start/stop not functioning, and could not tell me why my tire pressure system fault alarm was displayed. They just said we don’t know and closed out my service. I live 3 hours away and expect better service from Jaguar. Not to mention this was around $800 for this poor service. Who knows what else they forgot. My last service before this one they could not find my tire pressure system issue either, did not seem to care. It’s just pathetic what they charge and what level of service you get for that money. More

Very poor communication I've had multiple cars serviced at this dealership, and have not experienced any issues with the quality of the service or the people. However, I purc I've had multiple cars serviced at this dealership, and have not experienced any issues with the quality of the service or the people. However, I purchased a car in 2017, and had a horrible experience. The salesperson repeatedly took personal calls, and eventually handed me off to another salesperson. I finalized the deal with the second salesperson. While my car was being cleaned up, the second salesperson showed me the features of my car on a different car. What I later learned the next day was the second salesperson showed me features that were not included in the car I purchased. Why would the salesperson show me features that were not included in the car I purchased? The dealership and I came to a deal that required the dealership to order me the correct car. The car arrived 5 months later (2 months after the projected arrival date). The car was completely wrong. The dealership blamed a sales manager who was no longer with the dealership for changing the order after it had been submitted. Why would the sales manager go into my order and change it? The dealership again order another car. A year later from my original purchase, the correct car finally arrived. The original salesperson (who handed me off a year ago) did spend an hour with me walking me through all the features of the car. My experience with the finance managers was pleasant, and relatively painless considering the volume of paperwork that had to be completed. Overall, yes, I do have the correct car, but I invested a heck of a lot more time and money than ever anticipated. I would be greatly surprised if I consider purchasing a future car from this dealership after the year long experience I've had. More

She even helped arrange transport from the airport! Sal in financing went the extra mile doing lots of extra paperwork so we could make the out-of-state purchase and have a much easier time at our local DMV. We have lived in 3 different states and 4 countries in the past 21 years and have owned many nice cars. But this dearship takes the gold medal for professionalism and customer service! More
