I've never had a service department that was so courteous, caring and responsive. They are a true example of what customer service should be and how it can differentiate from your competitors. While I'm at it, when I bought this car a year ago, I was equally impressed with the sales department. It's good to see that the customer-first mentality is not just when selling the car, it's all the way through ownership. More

Arrived expecting to be greeted by a slimy salesman and couldn't have been any different. Instantly Jay came out, in the pouring Seattle rain, and made sure we were comfortable. Any request or question, he knew and even had us wait in one car as he drove around another to park it right behind us so we didn't need to walk in the rain. Class act. The whole team at Land Rover Seattle was like a big family and not only did they make the whole process quick and simple, but also had fun in the process. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Jag or Land Rover to go here over Bellevue or elsewhere. PS - Mel is a blast, unlike a normal finance manager. Highly recommended. More
