First the online reservation system doesn't work. After showing up an an appointment that was lost by the system and I had to wait another 8 weeks for another appointment. They knew I was coming for bulletin to replace the mud flaps. They had none in stock and didn't bother ordering one before the appointment. I was told they would call me in the next few days after the part was ordered, but never called. Terrible service and experience! More
Ben sold us a great car. Glad to see that the Service department has turned around and is staffed up with friendly, knowledgeable folks. We were able to get both our RRS and LR4 in for the recall work and some additional annual ser and is staffed up with friendly, knowledgeable folks. We were able to get both our RRS and LR4 in for the recall work and some additional annual service. Brandon was by far the best advisor we've had, hope he sticks around. It did take 2 months to get our vehicles in for service, would like to see that change in the future. The complementary wash on the LR4 was bad with lots of missed spots. The wash on the RRS was spot on. More
