Since I was registering the car in Oregon, had to provide proof of residency even though I had an Oregon driver's license and provided a couple of other documents proving where I lived. Once Derrick pulled up a real estate website providing a third source, we were good to go. They got it washed and the trip home was very enjoyable. Thanks for finding the right truck at a good price. Quick friendly service I had to take my Disco Sport in for its 3-year service. LR Seattle got me an appointment on short notice, and had the vehicle ready within the day. I was interested in upgrading to the Discovery (full size), and he offered to switch the loner from the Disco Sport I had reserved to the Disco -we which I gladly accepted. LR Seattle always provides great customer service, and although they are more expensive than the independent shops, they never quibble about what's covered under warranty, or hit you with unexpected cost during service. He was friendly and professional and ensured we found an option within the price point we shared. We had our kids with us as well and he offered multiple times different options to them to keep them fed, and happy. With any car purchasing experience, the process took a few hours. However, Jay and the rest of the team at this location were always checking in to make sure we were ok and giving us an update on the process. We really appreciated the attention they gave and the transparency of the pricing. This is our third purchase through Jaguar Land Rover, but our first time at the Lynwood location. We'd definitely come back here and look first after working with Jay and team. More
