I have struggled with getting certain things taken care of over the last few years with being down staff due to covid (still their excuse to this day). When I purchased my new car I gifted my 2020 Sport to my 22 year old daughter, it has been a good car. 4 day later it broke down in the snow and ice on the side of the freeway. Awful situation, ended up hanging up on the service advisor from Bellevue Range Rover and called Lynnwood for assistance and let me tell you I wish I would have bought both of my cars from your dealership. The most amazing experience, my car was fixed in record time and the constant communication and support was above and beyond! Big shout out to Eric and his service manager. We now consider Lynnwood as our place for new cars and all of our service needs! Thank you!!! More
The service was awesome. My 2019 D5 was sent to JLR Seatle via Land Rover Roadside Assistance. I was not with the vehicle and never visited the dealership. The communication was rough. There was very little of it. It was odd that Roadside Assistance made me set up an appointment. And then when speaking with the dealership, they were not accustomed to this scenario. The only person I ever talked to (sorry, don't remember the name) was very good and ensured that all the issues were well documented. But after that, communication ceased and it was only via text. I guess I could have called. The problem was that my texts seem to prompt work to start. I don't recall them reaching out to me proactively. More
