Within a couple hours I was on the phone with a sales person, had filled out the necessary forms, and within 24hrs we had a deal. I'll have to say that my service was a typical one, but the circumstances was probably not the best situation. I needed a timing chain replaced (normal) and I also had an extended warranty attached to my v the circumstances was probably not the best situation. I needed a timing chain replaced (normal) and I also had an extended warranty attached to my vehicle (difficult). While the communication was difficult at first (probably due to my email filter), Joey Loveless was super awesome in reestablishing communications with me and explaining what was needed to get the process and service completed. All the delays came from the extended warranty company asking for information and dancing around trying to delay the claim. But Joey was diligent, patient and firm with the company and got the claim approved in the end. Joey was also clear about the potential costs to me from out of pocket and was straightforward with the amount of time needed to actually complete the service. In the end, the process took about 2 1/2 months with my vehicle sitting in one of their shop bays for a month (I felt bad about this) and the job cost me more money than I thought it would, but the end result is that I have my vehicle back and I feel confident about driving it and I know that my vehicle will be reliable for the next few years to come! Thanks to Joey, I can continue to have adventures around the PNW in my 2013 LR4! Happy Wheeling! More
