I am very particular when it comes to the maintenance and upkeep of my cars and I cannot speak highly enough of Jaguar Land Rover Los Angeles. I purchased my 2011 one owner 40k mile Land Rover Range Rover upkeep of my cars and I cannot speak highly enough of Jaguar Land Rover Los Angeles. I purchased my 2011 one owner 40k mile Land Rover Range Rover Supercharged as a second enthusiast vehicle to my daily driven leased Porsche Taycan GTS as a way to experience the L322 generation Range Rover, a car I always dreamed of owning growing up. My first interaction with JLR Los Angeles was with finance manager Cole Byrd who surprisingly was able to offer me a comprehensive warranty on my 15yr old car and a wheel, tire, dent protection, and interior protection coverage. Cole was trustworthy, straightforward, and understood my needs and best of all super aggressive on pricing for these coverages. He could not be beat! This leads me to my service experience with this vehicle. My dream in owning this car was to replicate driving it off the lot in 2011 and I have to say I am not disappointed! The quality of service starts top down from the service manager Peter Barahona, my advisor Vanessa Martinez, and my master tech Mike Johnson. Many issues popped up in the first year of ownership due to the original parts in this 15yr old British car and the entire service team handled the challenges with aplomb. Expertly navigating my warranty coverage, parts sourcing of no longer available/manufactured oem parts, and accurate diagnosis of issues and familiarity of technologies in a car most techs at dealers these days were kids during the production of (My master tech Mike was working at the same store while these cars were brand new and even has one of his own!) Peter and Vanessa would even surprise me upon pickup with special discounts and taking care of my warranty deductible. At this point, the service team at JLR LA feels more like family to me and I'm disappointed my car is running so perfectly because I haven't been able to visit them in a bit! Owning an old car can easily be a disaster due to being a money pit or improper/wrongly diagnosed repairs. The way the team at JLR LA has treated me has provided an ease of ownership that is on par with my new under manufacture warranty Porsche. It would definitely inspire me to look at the new Range Rover full size EV to replace my Porsche when that lease is up. I feel full confidence with the team at JLR LA. Thank you! More
