I purchased a used 2023 Range Rover from Jaguar Land Rover Ventura on September 5, 2026. The vehicle price was $102,600 before taxes and other items, and I also purchased a $6,900 vehicle service plan. Rover Ventura on September 5, 2026. The vehicle price was $102,600 before taxes and other items, and I also purchased a $6,900 vehicle service plan. Within approximately two weeks, the brakes began squealing. I reported the problem to the dealership in writing on October 1 and brought the vehicle back for inspection and service. As of October 19, I have been told the dealership will not resolve the brake issue at no cost, and I have been asked to pay nearly $4,000. I have requested the itemized estimate, written diagnosis, pre-sale brake inspection results, and an explanation of why coverage is being declined. This has been a very disappointing experience so soon after an expensive purchase from an authorized dealership. I am asking management to reconsider and provide a clear resolution.
