I had been to 2 other dealers looking at several different kinds of cars. I knew I was interested in a Volvo but not sure what model so that's what I came in to do, to test drive a Volvo. After finding out the cars I liked didn't come in red, I was ready to walk but that's when our sales person, Justin Permijo stepped up to the plate. He asked questions about my needs and wants, talked about the other makes of cars that were also available in red, but also told me about other deals that were too good to pass up. After having me test drive the car I ultimately bought, he gave me a deal I was could not say no to. I learned even I could be happy changing my mind and loving a silver car. Justin was helpful, friendly, accommodating and just plain great on a very long and stressful day. Thanks Justin, I'll definitely come back to Galpin for any future car purchases. We had the pleasure of meeting Ivan Merino and Justin Permijo at the dealership and both of these gentlemen welcomed us warmly. Upon arrival we were taken to a licensed Starbucks that was on site and our entire order was complimentary. Mr. Permijo told us about the different cars that were new and offered to let us take whatever we wanted for a test drive without any hesitation. We were escorted to a lot were we picked the car we wanted to take for a ride. We instantly fell in love with the 2017 Lincoln MKZ. We knew after taking the car for a spin that we wanted to move forward with one of the biggest purchases we ever made together. Justin and Ivan made the purchasing process so easy – this was truly a one of a kind experience for us. We cannot thank both of these men enough for all of their help and outstanding customer service.
