In the process of our inspection and repair, several additional issues were identified with your vehicle and brought to your attention. While we understand that some customers may choose to perform maintenance and repair work themselves, we cannot be held accountable for the outcome or downstream impacts of work performed by others. Since you dont have the courage to put your name behind your words . I have no clue to whom I am communicating with , so I dont know if you are speaking from first hand knowledge or from hearsay . So Im going to assume that you are low on the totem pole! Maybe you are the shop foreman, because if you were management you would have addressed the customer service issues I had with the mechanic , his demeanor and attitude when I corrected him on something , was deplorable and no where near the standards one would expect from a Land Rover Jaguar dealer ! It was blatant disrespect when he put the grimy dirty towing eye access panel across my recently shampooed and detailed rear seats ,and The rear towing/lashing eye on the front passenger side recently shampooed and detailed rug! ( I have receipts totaling almost $500 of when I had it recently done at your location , and I also have photographs when i picked up my rover as soon as I saw what he did) ! I also have my dash cam video with audio and time stamping to prove the rover the drveability and functionality of my rover before taking it in and after picking it up. Unfortunately I need to get ready to work,But this will be continued. By the Way , the catastrophic engine failure that my vehicle suffered was the result of incompetence of your mechanic who never bothered to bleed the cooling system of air which is imperative when you have a closed pressurized cooling system causing vapor lock , The same way he failed to address bleeding the cooling system and purging it of air,was the same way that I believe he let the refrigerant escape from the air conditioning system,instead of collecting it to then replace it when the body was reattached to the frame .
