I called to make a service appointment for my Range Rover and told them I would need a loaner. They told me that they were 2 months out if I wanted a loaner. I agreed to wait as I work and have kids that I and told them I would need a loaner. They told me that they were 2 months out if I wanted a loaner. I agreed to wait as I work and have kids that I am shuttling. Fast forward to my service appointment. I showed up at my scheduled time, I had to wait, and then was told there were no loaner cars available. I had to walk next door and get a rental car with Enterprise which took over 30 minutes. While the dealership is nice and new I don’t know that I would return here for service again given this experience was so chaotic and totally contrary to what was promised. More
