It was a wonderful buying experience, everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional! I wouldn’t hesitate to refer a friend to them. dealership was friendly and professional! I wouldn’t hesitate to refer a friend to them. More
First - it is extremely hard to get through the phone tree at JLR. I could not talk to a human on many occasions and had to leave messages or text. Second - I was not informed of the length of time it w tree at JLR. I could not talk to a human on many occasions and had to leave messages or text. Second - I was not informed of the length of time it would take to get the repair done until it was way too late to make a change in my schedule. And a loaner vehicle was not offered. Third - The service advisor was callous and basically uncaring. I got an extremely snobbish vibe from her that was not necessary. Fourth - Your price for an oil change $450 is highway robbery. That is about $400 more than what I usually pay for an oil change when I provide my own oil. I was incredibly shocked. And I was informed that price was because I had a luxury vehicle. Ummm no. I got my oil change elsewhere. I don't care how much money a person has or what type of luxury vehicle. $450 for an oil change is beyond ridiculous. Five - I had an appointment. When I have an appointment I expect my vehicle to be taken in at that point (9:30am) and worked on. NOT the next day or even 5 hours later after I complain to the manager, who, by the way was not available by phone and I had to wait for his callback. Six - when the car has been given a "world class" inspection, I expect all software updates to be performed. Seven - my car was "fixed" then returned, then exactly 20 minutes later I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM!!!!! and was given the EXCUSE that it needed a software update!!!!!! Why not fix that when you had it in the shop. xxx and WHY did I then have to bring it back in and wait another hour for the software update!!!! Not "world class" Eight - By the way, all of this was over needing a battery replacement which is a known issue with these cars and it was under warranty. Nine - Not happy at all. More

BE AWARE! !!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I'll just be very honest and upfront here about what transpired, and you can decide if you want to buy your car from these guys !!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I'll just be very honest and upfront here about what transpired, and you can decide if you want to buy your car from these guys. As for me, I will NEVER go back to this place after they lied, and took advantage of my wife. First and foremost, let me tell you... Mason (Sales Rep) is a great guy, he was very helpful and guided us to the exact car we wanted upon arrival. To make a short story long, my wife and I went car shopping here, and we were very pleased up until we went into the finance office. What happened next, is next level. We were very straight forward with the finance team, and let them know that my wife just received a phone call that her grandfather was dieing, and that we would have to leave and comeback with our insurance check from the car that was recently totalled. Cherry (Finance manager) was rather persistent and told us that the hard work was done, and we would only be another 2-3 minutes, so we waited. About 25 minutes goes by, my wife is practically in tears becasue we literally had to leave to go visit her grandfather before the worst happened, and that's when the deal started to change. Mind you, we were waiting on a check for 40k from the insurance company, so all my wife and I were supposed to do was look at cars today, but the dealer made it seem like if we drove it off the lot today, we could simply pay for the vehicle in full once we received our check and we wouldn't have to worry about paying the interest. I even told the finance lady Cherry that we couldn't call our insurance and switch it over becasue it was too late in the day.... So Cherry said to us, and I will quote her "Oh no, you don't have to worry about that, Mason is coming in with your plates right now, and you will be on the dealers insurance for 10 days" me: "Wait so we don't have to call our insurance company? what if we get into an accident?" Cherry: "Nope. we got you covered, once this temp plate goes on your vehicle the dealerships insurance covers everything". Now i get it, they really want to get us in the car TODAY (its a sales thing) and since they are answering all our questions and concerns "honestly" it seemed to make sense. However, what the dealership didn't expect was for my wife to run something over in the middle of the highway, on our way home from the dealership causing almost 10k worth of damage. So, my wife contacted the dealer the very next day, we told them we would like to execute on submitting an insurance claim through the "Dealership insurance" that they told us we had, to get us to buy the car that day, and guess what........ THEY HAD NO CLUE WHAT WE WERE TALKING ABOUT. It gets even better, somewhere in the paperwork shuffle, this Cherry lady without our consent even used our home a collateral, to get the deal done, again without our knowledge and consent We only found out about this becasue our business advisors were sent all the paperwork, and with my wife having a credit score of 750, it made no sense why they would do this, or ask me to co-sign, they literally just used our home without consent to get the deal done, on top of lying to us about getting us on some type of dealership insurance, just to get us into the car that day. Let me breakdown the reality of what this dealership just did.... They took advantage of a 30 year old girl, under an extremely duress situation (crying in the finance office about her grandfather, begging for them to please let her leave so she can go see him), lied to her about some fake insurance that was offered just to get us into the car that day after we clearly said we were not comfortable without having insurance, and then without our knowledge or consent, used the home we own as collateral for the loan (even though again we just wanted to pay for the ar upfront anyway) all without our knowledge or consent. AND then refused to help pay for any of the damages or hold up to any part of what they said to get us into this car. We will now be using the 40k we got from the insurance company, to get our deal reversed. More
Arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment but had to wait until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment before a service advisor contacted me. This was my first scheduled maintenance on my 2021 had to wait until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment before a service advisor contacted me. This was my first scheduled maintenance on my 2021 Defender 110 and was told the service would take a day and a half. When I questioned why so long, I was told the service advisor I spoke with when I scheduled the appointment should have told me how long it was going to take. The fact is, I made the appointment online, never spoke with an advisor, and there was no indication (online) that indicated how long it would take. In fact, there was nothing online that indicated what the maintenance consisted of. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the service advisor asked me who assisted me and was surprised when I said it was him, not an indication that I was a valued customer. More

My wife and I purchased a new Land Rover Defender after getting it custom ordered. We dealt with the salesman, Israel Oceguera, who was excellent and I would recommend. He was away nice, helpful, professio getting it custom ordered. We dealt with the salesman, Israel Oceguera, who was excellent and I would recommend. He was away nice, helpful, professional and honest. He kept us up-to-date with the whole purchasing process. Everything from adding us onto the dealership's list, to telling us when the car was ready, to helping us with the custom build, to arranging the pickup day and time. The dealership was nice and clean and had cars in their showroom (both Land Rovers and Jaguars. The staff I talked to and noticed walking around seemed nice (smiling) and were helpful. An added plus of our experience was that my wife, who speaks mandarin (chinese), was able to speak with a manager in Chinese. This was an added great experience to an already great experience. I would recommend this dealership from my personal experience and would purchase another vehicle from them. Thank you. More
