Land Rover of San Diego Has Gone Down Hill When I first called, I was told that there was no one who could take my call but I could leave a voice message and someone would get right back to m When I first called, I was told that there was no one who could take my call but I could leave a voice message and someone would get right back to me. I did not get a call till 2 days later. At that time I scheduled an appointment for a service call and a malfunction of my backup sensors. This took one day and seamed to have gone smoothly, although a little expensive. For an oil change, tire rotation and filter swap it was a little over $700. They said there was nothing wrong with the backup sensors so they just realigned it and charged me $310. So when I got home and pulled into the driveway I noticed the sensors were not working. I called the next day and again was put into voicemail. Again, two days later I finally got a call back and they scheduled me to bring the car in again and offered to lend me a loaner for the day, as I had appointments for work. I got there after battling morning rush hour, and it is horrendous in that area, only to arrive and be told that they ran short of loaner cars. I was told to just go back to work and they would call me later when they had one. NOT what I expected when this was an appointment to fix what I had paid for and they obviously did not identify the problem nor correct nor fix the problem. The lack of attention to existing long term customers and complete lack of coordination by the dealership has made me decide that next time I will try another dealer that might have the ability to service properly. And, just got a call back a day after it was back in for the sensor repair and they replaced the part I asked them to replace the first time and charged me an additional $150 for a part you can purchase for $20 online. If you were a friend I would tell you not to use this dealership! More

Top notch service Today I took my Range Rover to get the brakes lines checked (recall) and while it was getting fixed they notified me of a dangerous problem that they Today I took my Range Rover to get the brakes lines checked (recall) and while it was getting fixed they notified me of a dangerous problem that they found caused from prior (out of state) garage. I was informed that the prior mechanic had stripped a wheel retention nut on the front axle. John informed me that he didn't want me to continue to drive with the safety issue. That to me was one of the best customer service experiences I have encountered in the auto industry hands down. More
