Land Rover in Orland - service exceeded our expectations We brought the Range Rover in for a minor issue with the key and this dealership did a fantastic job. They fixed the problem at no charge. I came into the establishment looking to purchase a new jaguar. In short i was passed by three associates without them acknowledging my prescence. To make matters worse another gentlemen came in and the sa jaguar. In short i was passed by three associates without them acknowledging my prescence. To make matters worse another gentlemen came in and the sales rep that did assist him was so rude, I wanted to tell him his money would be better spent elsewhere. By the way this same sells rep stared at me for 4 mins. And I never got my hello. More
I went into the dealership for a complete diagnostic test, which cost $ 137.95 however I left with a paper saying further diagnosis is recommended and I was told by Ricky to get rid of the car and get a test, which cost $ 137.95 however I left with a paper saying further diagnosis is recommended and I was told by Ricky to get rid of the car and get a new one,therefore I took it to another shop to get it further diagnos and they get me a code and told me Jaguar are the only ones that know the meaning of that code. When I called Jaguar back to give them the code, Riceky told me I would have to pay an additional $ 137.95. I was very upset, because when I took the car in I was under the impression that I would get a complete diagnostic test, however it was quite the opposite and all Ricky had to say was when they found one problem wrong they stopped there and looked no further diagnotic was conducted. I went in for a complete diagnosis so I could determine my next step with the car. Don't got to this place Ever. I feel like I was charged and did'nt get an accurate reading. More
