I had a tire emergency last week and Land Rover Jaguar Main Line staff were able to quickly and efficiently help me with my repair and also performed routine maintenance while the vehicle was there. Lily was very friendly and accommodating and Ken was excellent with regards to the work and communicating status of repair. More
Spend too much time there after scheduling online I have been there three times so far. Each time I had scheduled my service online, for the first appointment they had upon opening. Every time I stood around waiting for the computers to come up, car runners to be sent out the door, etc. I waited no less than 15 minutes before getting to the counter. My expectation was to say my name, maybe have the work I had scheduled repeated to me, and then drop my keys and walk out the door, as was the process with my previous Subaru and Volkswagon. What did happen was my essentially scheduling my service with the member of the team. Like nothing was done online prior, I had a window seal that needed to be replaced on my new car. I had added it to a service appointment. When I arrived the seal was not ordered so I had to schedule another appointment. I had the same thing happen when I wanted CarPlay installed during a service appointment. I am thankful that they are reimbursing the cost of having the CarPlay installed because it is now a service of the brand but I have not received it since communications began in October. I do love my car, there is no question about it, but at this point going to the service center is about as fun as going to the dentist I am afraid. More
