I have nothing but good things to say about Jaguar Main Line. They stuck to their word and they worked with me when dealing with a particular issue and I am very satisfied. I also must thank Service Manager Bob Jackson and Shop Foreman Matt Moritz who found my jag's issue and fixed it. Last but not least, I would like to thank General Manager Tak Papariello. It was great running into Mr. Smyth also. What a good person ! With leadership like Mr Smyth and Tak, it's obvious to be a customer here. More

Overall great pricing and happy with the transaction. Some issues noticed was Khalid didn’t get back quickly and often required follow-up. On the day we were picking up the car, we receive a call from the finance manager a few hours before our pickup to sell an extended warranty. That call should have happened before rather than last minute. After pickup noticed the tank was half full and windshield wiper fluid was empty , which felt tacky on an over 80k purchase. More

Wish they detailed my car and not just spray wash the outside. Was not offered a loaner. Paid $55 for a nail to be removed from the tire.
