I leased a 2019 discovery sport from LandRover Jaguar Main Line. The sales person was good but car isn’t. I was told someone will schedule an appointment to explain the specs in detail but it has been 6 Main Line. The sales person was good but car isn’t. I was told someone will schedule an appointment to explain the specs in detail but it has been 6 months, nothing happened. I followed up couple times and gave up. Also the car started having issues after 2 months. I had to go the service center 3 times in first 4 months. The service is not up to the standards, they don’t even check tire pressure. Be careful if you’re buying the car from this show room. More

I had an issue with the sound system, there was a defective bass speaker on the passenger side which emitted a noise that indicated that it failed, and I had to visit the dealership four times before defective bass speaker on the passenger side which emitted a noise that indicated that it failed, and I had to visit the dealership four times before the part was ordered to fix. The service manager and service staff that reviewed the damaged speaker each of the initial 3 times clearly confirmed that it needed to be replaced, but the Shop Foreman had to make the final OK for the part to be ordered. This was a big inconvenience, and I even called Mike Smythe, Jr. , about this and did not get a return call. The speaker should have been ordered after the first visit, when it was confirmed that it was indeed defective. The service felt. Installed some software code updates after the second visit, but did not check the sound afterwards. When I picked up the car, the speaker was still broken, and it was after 6pm when I picked it up, so no one was there to address. This is not fair and there needs to be some review of this and how can you make it right by me for all of this inconvenience? Not good, and if no one says anything to me or does anything about it, this will shape my decision on getting another RR. Thank you More
