I had an emergency repair the day before Thanksgiving late afternoon. The service manager ,Bob made every effort to get me going. He could have easily said they could not make repair happen. Called Main Line in regards to a certified Land Rover Discovery. I was lucky enough to be put in touch with Khalid Laraki. When I explained I was interested in this vehicle, but did not want to make th Discovery. I was lucky enough to be put in touch with Khalid Laraki. When I explained I was interested in this vehicle, but did not want to make the drive (2.5 hours) without knowing more about it, Khalid tracked it down in torrential downpours. He then made a complete video of it so I could see it from every view. Did I say it was pouring out! I drove to the dealership that same day, to meet Khalid. To say this man is a gentlemen is an understatement. He met with us, took time to get to know us, then answered all of our questions on the vehicle. I truly believe that this purchase was made because of Khalid. He worked with my wife and I (the Discovery was for her) through the entire sale, answering all questions and even sharing some life stories. I wish all salesmen were like Khalid. Until the process of purchasing a new car becomes easier (and shorter) having salesmen like Khalid, really make the process painless. If you go to Main Line, you have to ask to work with Khalid, I do not think you will be disappointed. I will also like to add that the entire staff at Main Line were very friendly, accommodating to your needs, and everyone followed proper COVID precautions and safety measures (Cant believe I would ever have to put this into a review). Very positive sales experience, but Khalid took it over the top! More
