No pressue selling = car purchase Based on the geographical location of my family (3.5 hours away in Lock Haven, PA) I was skeptical that Oliver would take our interest seriously from Based on the geographical location of my family (3.5 hours away in Lock Haven, PA) I was skeptical that Oliver would take our interest seriously from the stand point of our location given that it would be a “process” for us to physically get to the Main line dealership in a suitable manner to put a deal together. From the beginning Oliver was very professional open and direct with handling of our financial credit application, vehicle options and purchasing power we qualified for. During this interaction, my wife actually waiver from the Land Rover vehicle based on not be able to test drive a vehicle from your dealership although we had qualified for a purchase. At no time after the first two weeks (which had emails and phone calls between Oliver and I) in March did Oliver take extended periods of non communication from Leigh and I ( especially the last two weeks of the month) as a sign of non interest on our part nor do I believe he was accepting that he could not help us in making a purchase from Main Line possible. Through a chance reason for me to return home to NJ last week, I reached out to Oliver to explain the reason for the gap in communication (Leigh looking at a BMW and/or Acura for a purchase) but that we were going to be in the southeast PA/NJ area and that we wanted to coordinate a visit and test drive at Main Line Jaguar/Land Rover. As expected Oliver was more than gracious to accept, but not in a way that he was trying o get the sale, but in a way that he providing an opportunity to help us make a very important decision in the car purchasing process. Oliver is a very competent, professional sales guide which enables him make interpersonal connections when relating with clients. My wife and children felt at ease with Oliver's interaction with us as a family, this ultimately played a major factor in Leigh and I finalizing our purchase from Main Line J/LR. As I explained to Oliver at no time did Leigh or I feel pressured or uncomfortable in making our purchase and we now have an understanding that Oliver and your dealership have a high value on long standing client relationships and not making the next sale to who ever comes through the door. In simple terms, Oliver is a keeper and we believe he is value added to your dealership. This purchase is the start of what we believe to become many for my wife in the years to come based from this initial experience. Additionally, we will not hesitate and will strongly encourage our friends and family that are in the market for a new/different vehicle to contact Oliver for consideration. More
