Oliver was a great resource for us, and is a true asset to Land Rover. He did a fantastic job educating this non-techie person on the Evoque's very cool technologies. He gets an A+ on communicating your product features. He also was extremely adept at getting into my head, understanding and articulating my past purchasing behavior--in fact, understanding and articulating better than I ever could--and messaging me in a way that resonated. He knew which purchase segment I fit into, and messaged accordingly. (I manage a large sales organization, so I am tuned into strong selling skills!) The strong level of support continued beyond the point where I said 'yes.' Oliver kept me apprised on progress, as my Evoque was 'built,' made the purchase administration process the easiest I have experienced, provided a great walk-through, and offered to follow up with an additional walk-through once we get a bit more acclimated. It was an exceptional experience. More
