Horrible experience. Don't go I brought my jaguar xjl supercharged for (service, inspection of the whole vehicle) oil change and replace my dtml pump, $1900. Left with my car not wanting to drive an ready to shut off. Call the dealership back at 8am next morning. Receptionist have left a message for the service rep to give me a call back. Never received a call back so by 2:00 p.m. I call back again. That was on a Friday, they couldn't get my car back in until the following Monday. I had to have my car towed in at my own expense, could not drive in. This was a problem that I did not have previously to bringing it to mainline jaguar. They really didn't wanna give me a loaner car. The service just was not good from the start to the end. Now they wanna charge me to diagnostic car again, after I already paid. I brought my car for service, an They did not note any problems. Now there is issue that wasn't a issue b4 after they worked on my car. 3yrs of driving, not a problem & drove to different States. Now can't drive around the corner. That is not a coincidence. I will never take any vehicles back or buy from there. I refuse to pay for that kind of service. Horrible Horrible experience. I spoke with a lot of dealers while I was researching and none of them came close to providing the level of service Matt did. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, super responsive with all of my questions, and incredibly professional with the negotiation. I also had the pleasure of working with Frank when I came onsite to actually buy the car. Again, he could not have been more pleasant to work with. He really went out of his way to make sure I was completely taken care of. Alyssa was also super helpful and fast getting all of the financing together. Overall, this was the best car buying experience ever and I plan on buying many more vehicles from LR Main Line! Thanks so much guys!!! More

Oliver Snow, my sales contact quickly understood my interests and bias in cars and oriented the sales seamlessly all the way to assuring a quick loan process. In addition, his extensive knowledge of the cars answered my questions effectively and most importantly, when I received the car there were no disappointments. An outstanding sales person. I also have had a similar experience with the service department (Joe Sheller) which always accommodated my schedule, serviced the car within the projected time frame, delivered a clean car and handled insurance claims without my intervention. The dealership environment is modern and the the staff overall has a 'can do' attitude. A consistently high performing dealership that has stood the test of time in my experience. More
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER It was a cold and rainy fall morning a couple weeks back and after having drunk myself under the table at Aronimink the night before, I needed somethi It was a cold and rainy fall morning a couple weeks back and after having drunk myself under the table at Aronimink the night before, I needed something to pick me up. Walking out of my house I found my SL crashed into the side of the garage, top down, and for some reason full of wawa and tastycake wrappers in the back seat? Don't know what that's about. Anyways I obviously needed a new car, and after my wife left me for some dude she cheated on me repeatedly with I had some disposable income. I called up Oliver Snow and he was over in an hour to pick me up. For some reason he showed up with pedialyte, some plastic bags, a rolled up rug, Clorox, and a mop- which I'm not sure what he was thinking but I appreciated his effort. About 20 minutes later we arrived at the dealership and he spent the rest of his morning ensuring that I got exactly the car I wanted. We test drove a number of cars but finally settled on a 2016 RR Sport Supercharged. Absolute pleasure to deal with, I would highly recommend him to anyone. His dedication to customer service is beyond anything on this side of heaven. More
