Bought a 2013 LR4 sight unseen over the internet based on pictures I was sent and information provided that work was done in the service department prior to being put up for sale. Flew in from Denver to pick pictures I was sent and information provided that work was done in the service department prior to being put up for sale. Flew in from Denver to pick it up and drive it home. Vehicle was in good condition but the pictures that were sent didn't show how bad of shape the two front seats were in. I did mention the front seats when I first got the pictures but was told they would clean up and be in great shape but that wasn't the case. Didn't think it was a big deal so continued with the deal. On the drive home I found out that the wiper blades were not in good shape as I drove through a downpour at night through PA. I was rather annoyed that these weren't changed by the service department when it went through inspection but again it is what it is. It got me home the 1700 mile trip without mechanical issues and that's all that really matters. More

We took a look at several different models and he explained to me how they would be my needs. After test driving a couple of the cars I was able to choose one that my wife and I liked best. Khalid was able to put me into the vehicle the terms and conditions that met my expectations. TAK, the general manager also made certain that everything was taken care of for me.
