The first time was three years ago to fix a glitch in the Sat Nav system. An under warranty software download took care of that issue. Earlier this week I brought it in to correct a flaw in my driver's side airbag warning light. The problem turned out to be a pinched wire in the underseat harness that had been improperly installed at the factory. Every single time the service department, especially Joe Sheller, could not do enough to ensure my satisfaction. I won't take my Jaguar anywhere else! More

He encouraged me to drive multiple vehicles to decide which was the best fit, walked me through all options, built a custom vehicle for me, negotiated an excellent deal and was spot-on in terms of delivery date. When it came time to pick up my new vehicle, he patiently walked me through all of the electronics, pre-set everything for me and made sure I was comfortable with everything before pulling off the lot. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, in all respects. More

I walked in with our parameters regarding a vehicle, he responded appropriately and professionally but never tried to upsell. Bryan took the car buying experience from something I have previously dreaded in the past to another level of ease and excitement. I will highly recommend this dealership. Everyone was friendly and I look forward to driving my (new-to-me!) Land Rover for many years! More

Expensive The service level is fine. I appreciate the rental car, but other premium car dealers always give their own loaner and do not charge anything lik The service level is fine. I appreciate the rental car, but other premium car dealers always give their own loaner and do not charge anything like fuel or tax etc. Unfortunately, the pricing is just ridiculous. This makes it extremely difficult for the customer and delays care since customer is reluctant to pay the price. More

Great Experience Was in the market for a car, came by to test drive. They gave me a price on the one I liked and let me walk out the door with no pressure; knowing I w Was in the market for a car, came by to test drive. They gave me a price on the one I liked and let me walk out the door with no pressure; knowing I was going to other dealerships on my journey. I didn’t receive 25 calls from them trying to pressure me. Walked back in a week later, still zero pressure and spent some time thinking before making the decision. I could not be happier! I even checked the math on the sale and came within pennies of the offer. Easy laid back experience. Very upfront and honest. Will definitely be going back for years to come. Oh and the new Jaguar I chose is awesome! More
