Friendly and great service I've serviced my vehicle at this location at least 5 times in the past year. They are great with scheduling, especially urgent issues. Average service Annual Maintenance, state inspection, recall work order, check working of rear hatch foot opening, check driver side seat setting operation and very m Annual Maintenance, state inspection, recall work order, check working of rear hatch foot opening, check driver side seat setting operation and very minor detailing. At end of first day, received call that car was done but would need to stay over until next day for detailing (two minor scratches to be buffed out). When picking up car next afternoon, told too busy to do detailing. Was advised to take it to a body shop nearby! Also, I had mentioned on dropping car off that I had their coupon for free inspection, but the bill did not show credit for the coupon. Manager corrected their error. Was told rear hatch and seat setting items were addressed. Unfortunately, I didn't check on site, but found at home they were not improved! Not worth going back for these two items. More

Still lacking second key. So...bought a Range Rover from https://www.landrovermainline.com/ and were told we would get a second key. The sales man Tom, said he would get it from the original owner. We tried to contact him repeatedly, all the while, he went out of his way to ignore us. Apparently, they cannot or will not try to retrieve it from the owner, and now they are refusing to honor their deal with us. We contacted Land Rover USA, who promptly called the retailer. Surprise, the salesman lied, imagine that! So, we will be purchasing our own key, never to buy another Range Rover Ever. This is our second one by the way, so we were loyal, when it wasn't returned. More

disappointing delivery of auto!! I asked not to put dealer emblem on auto, they did ,had to wait to remove. They forgot to fill up gas tank, another delay.
