Simonizing I selected to have my car simonized when I purchased it. The Mainline dealership provided a loaner or the option of having a pick up. I chose the loaner and I was notified the next day that my car was ready. The treatment looked beautiful! I was assured that it would continue to have the shine years down the road. I definitely would recommend purchasing this package. The service and sales department was very helpful and friendly throughout this process. More

Poor customer drop off/pick up & services not approved Took dealership 45 mins. To pick me up 1.4 miles away from the shop. I was also billed for services I did not request or approve before they performed Took dealership 45 mins. To pick me up 1.4 miles away from the shop. I was also billed for services I did not request or approve before they performed them. Service attendant then argued with me about what I approved and claimed it was a “really busy day”. I was the first one to drop my car off for the day, no one else was in the shop and I was very clear about the one service I needed. He then tried to convince me , “I needed the service anyway.” Completely unethical and combative. More

Not what I would expect Had my vehicle in for inspection. In addition, needed new front tires and alignment. When I picked it up, horrible noice from broken fan blower. N Had my vehicle in for inspection. In addition, needed new front tires and alignment. When I picked it up, horrible noice from broken fan blower. Never was told until I got in the vehicle. Had to bring it back in for those repairs 2 weeks later and an additional 2 days without vehicle. Then was charged $20 for a rear wiper blade and my car was not washed. Just expect more when paying so much for service. More
