I sat in the dealership and watched two othe Hello, I came to this dealership to have a new tire installed. I waited 2 1/2 hours for this service. I sat in the dealership and watched two other gentlemen come in an hour after I was present and had their vehicles serviced and ready to go. I was told by the service manager that my car would be ready soon. An hour later, I was still sitting waiting for my car to be finished. My car was the last vehicle to recieve service, even though I was there before all of the other customers. In my opinion, this is unacceptable practice and I will not have my time taken for granted. More

My experience with the people has been great My experience with the car has been frustrating. I was very excited to pick the car up. I had the car for an hour and had to bring it back. You may want to send the Velar back to the drawing board until it’s supportable. More
