Was sold a dent protection program that was expensive and denied coverage on first 2 attempts to use. Sales person won’t reply. Service guy seemed helpful, but didn’t call back first day with update and car denied coverage on first 2 attempts to use. Sales person won’t reply. The cost of service at this dealership is outrageously high. After getting a quote for repair of an alternator for a Range Rover Supercharger I proceeded to get two more quotes from reputable repair shop high. Repair work in the past has been good no worries in that area but the same work can often be accomplished for much less expense. More
Only concern is not being able to get a loaner when needed while car is kept for more than a day. This was a perk that was discussed when we purchased our vehicle.
