Do not bring your vehicle here for service! This was the worst customer service experience from beginning to end. When I got there at 7:45 AM for my 8:00 am appointment they were short staffed. It was 20 minutes of waiting before anyone spoke with me. Then Javier took great care of me. He was new and did not know all of the ins and outs of the dealership but he was very kind. They performed my yearly maintenance. This took 4 hours. Then on my 60 minute drive home the check engine light came on. Turns out they never put my oil cap back on. Now I have oil all over my engine compartment AND I cannot drive my vehicle. I have also called and asked to speak with the service manager. I was on hold for 25 minutes before finally getting to speak with him. Of course this mess is not his fault but he will be doing his best to fix it. I have lost all faith in this service department and will be taking my vehicle to Harrisburg in the future. More
Worst customer service and response time ever for any dealership I have ever been to. There is no care nor any concern nor any accountability when they mess up. I have purchased my last three cars from this dealership and have taken my cars in for service here since 2006. I have always had great service from both the sales and the service team. I was VERY disappo and have taken my cars in for service here since 2006. I have always had great service from both the sales and the service team. I was VERY disappointed to find out the dealership does not provide loaner cars. I called 3 times asking for a loaner and they said they would call me back when one was available - but I never received any calls. When I finally broke down and decided I would live with the "situation", I saw the sign in the dealership saying "no loaners". The dealership should reimburse me for my rental, but instead I will just buy my next car from another dealership (my wife never has issues with loaners from the Audi store down the street. To pay what I paid for my car and not have a loaner available when service is needed is ridiculous. More
